Nigel Meir
Chairman (Non-Executive) and Co-Founder
Nigel Meir is Chairman of Euro Dragon Partners and is based in London. Prior to this, Dr Meir served as Chief Investment Officer of Tibberton Capital, a multi-family office with a focus on private markets, for 13 years. Additionally, since 2019, he has been a Venture Partner at Awz Ventures, the Canadian-Israeli Defence / Cyber / Deep Tech VC. In 2007, Dr Meir launched Ludgate Investments, a European growth equity and buyout manager focused on resource efficiency / cleantech. He served as CEO of Ludgate Investments until 2016. Before that, he was Vice Chairman of Pioneer Alternatives. Dr Meir served in the Israeli foreign service after completing his military obligations. He received his medical degree and an MPhil in Middle East Studies from the University of Oxford and holds British and Israeli citizenship. He is on the Development Board and was on the Finance & Estates Committee of St John’s College, Oxford, and was on the Investment Committee of the Endowment of St Antony’s College, Oxford.
Andriy Kolodyuk
Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder
Andriy Kolodyuk is Chief Investment Officer of Euro Dragon Partners and is based in Brussels and Kyiv. He is the Founder & Managing Partner of AVentures Capital, the platform he launched in 2003 to build a bridge between Central and Eastern Europe and Silicon Valley; across two funds he has closed 36 deals with 14 exits, including Depositphotos, Ciklum, Petcube and Augmented Pixels (acquired by Qualcomm). He is also Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Seven Capital, the Brussels-based dual-use and defence investment platform behind the Seven Camp accelerator and the AI in Defence Summit, which forms a sourcing engine of Euro Dragon Partners. A serial entrepreneur, Dr Kolodyuk has created and scaled a number of startups, including a holding company “Unitrade Group” with $1B+ annual revenues, and has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since 2014. He is a Young Global Leader (YGL) of the World Economic Forum and holds a PhD in Political Science.
Brad Wargo
Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Brad Wargo is Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Euro Dragon and is based in Hong Kong. He also serves as CEO of EDP Gesher. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Mr Wargo was a Managing Director and IC member in the Asian Private Equity practice at Morgan Stanley for 13 years. Before Morgan Stanley, Mr Wargo held senior roles and IC membership at two hedge funds, both with >$15 billion AUM, in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Mr Wargo began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York. Mr Wargo received a B.A. in Economics and History from Yale University and an M.Phil. in International Economics from the University of Cambridge. He is a citizen of Israel and holds Permanent Residency in both Japan and Hong Kong.
Vladimir Pyrozhenko
Head of Ukraine
Vladimir Pyrozhenko is Head of Ukraine for Euro Dragon Partners and is based in Kyiv. He is also Managing Partner of AVentures Capital, where he has spent over 15 years in investment banking and venture capital, closing 9 deals with 4 exits alongside more than 7 years of direct startup operating experience. At AVentures, Mr Pyrozhenko has led sourcing and execution across the firm’s Ukraine-founded, growth-stage portfolio, working closely with Andriy Kolodyuk to identify battle-tested technology companies for scaling into European and US markets. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Sang Woo (Edgar) Park
General Partner and Co-Founder

Sang Woo (Edgar) Park is General Partner and Co-Founder of Euro Dragon and is based in Seoul and Los Angeles. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Park acted as adviser to numerous defense technology, life sciences, and software companies in Asia, with a focus on cross-border commercialization and government engagement. Mr. Park holds a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School. He has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1998.
