Dr Nigel Meir
Chairman and Co-Founder
Dr Nigel Meir is Chairman of Euro Dragon Partners and is based in London. He was previously Vice Chairman of €10 billion Pioneer Alternatives and a partner since 2019 at Awz Ventures, Canadian-Israeli Defence / Cyber fund manager. Before that, he was CEO & portfolio manager of Ludgate, a growth equity & buyout manager in sustainability. Dr Meir was Founder & Chief Investment Officer of Tibberton Capital, a multi-family office with a focus on private markets. Before his 30-year career in alternatives, he served in the Israeli foreign service after completing his military obligations in a specialized infantry unit as a combat doctor. He received his medical degree & MPhil in Middle East Studies from the University of Oxford and holds British and Israeli citizenship. He is on the Development Board of St John’s College, Oxford and serves on the Investment Committee of the Endowment of St Antony’s College, Oxford.
Dr Andriy Kolodyuk
Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder
Dr Andriy Kolodyuk is Chief Investment Officer of Euro Dragon Partners and is based in Brussels and Kyiv. He is the Founder & Managing Partner of AVentures Capital, the platform he launched in 2003 to build a bridge between Central and Eastern Europe and Silicon Valley; across two funds he has closed 36 deals with 14 exits, including Depositphotos, Ciklum, Petcube and Augmented Pixels (acquired by Qualcomm). He is also Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Seven Capital, the Brussels-based dual-use and defence investment platform behind the Seven Camp accelerator and the AI in Defence Summit, which forms a sourcing engine of Euro Dragon Partners. A serial entrepreneur, Dr Kolodyuk has created and scaled a number of startups, including a holding company “Unitrade Group” with $1B+ annual revenues, and has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since 2014. He is a Young Global Leader (YGL) of the World Economic Forum and holds a PhD in Political Science.
Brad Wargo
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Brad Wargo is Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Euro Dragon and is based in Hong Kong. He also serves as CEO of EDP Gesher. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Mr Wargo was a Managing Director and IC member in the Asian Private Equity practice at Morgan Stanley for 13 years. Before Morgan Stanley, Mr Wargo held senior roles and IC membership at two hedge funds, both with >$15 billion AUM, in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Mr Wargo began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York. Mr Wargo received a B.A. in Economics and History from Yale University and an M.Phil. in International Economics from the University of Cambridge. He is a citizen of Israel and holds Permanent Residency in both Japan and Hong Kong.

Vladimir Pyrozhenko
Head of Ukraine
Vladimir Pyrozhenko is Head of Ukraine for Euro Dragon Partners and is based in Kyiv. He is also Managing Partner of AVentures Capital, where he has spent over 15 years in investment banking and venture capital, closing 9 deals with 4 exits alongside more than 7 years of direct startup operating experience. At AVentures, Mr Pyrozhenko has led sourcing and execution across the firm’s Ukraine-founded, growth-stage portfolio, working closely with Andriy Kolodyuk to identify battle-tested technology companies for scaling into European and US markets. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Jonathan Yaari
Senior Advisor
Jonathan Yaari is a Senior Advisor at Euro Dragon Partners, based in Tel Aviv. He is a seasoned defence leader, serving 25 years in the Israeli Air Force with multiple senior roles, spearheading pioneering operational, strategic and technology initiatives. He is an F-15 & F16 pilot with significant experience in active conflict zones. He was the IDF Attaché at the Israeli embassy in France for three years, responsible for business development and market penetration for Israel’s defence industries. After his military service, he became a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising major organisations across Israel and Europe. He then served as General Partner at AwzVentures – a venture capital firm investing in dual-use security technologies. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Commcrete, a leading mission-critical SATCOM company. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
Erez Kreiner
Senior Advisor
Erez Kreiner is a Senior Advisor at Euro Dragon Partners and is based in Tel Aviv. He is the founder of Cyber-Rider, a consultancy advising investors, corporates and ventures on cyber and homeland-security risk. He served as the founding Director of Israel’s National Cyber Security Authority, which he built from a government resolution into a full operating authority, leading the defence of the nation’s banks, power, transport and energy infrastructure. He retired from the Israel Security Agency (ISA) at a rank equivalent to Brigadier General before moving into venture investing, where as a portfolio manager he sourced and championed companies including Pentera (90x+ on first investment) and Guardicore (acquired by Akamai for $600M, 10x). A computer engineer with a Master’s in National Security, he sits on Israel’s National R&D Council, lectures at academic institutions, and served in the special forces as a naval commando.
Dr Jamie Saunders
Senior Advisor
Dr Jamie Saunders is a Senior Advisor at Euro Dragon Partners and is based in London. He served for 29 years in senior roles in GCHQ, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Cabinet Office and the National Crime Agency, where he led the National Cyber Crime Unit before becoming Director of Intelligence. He advises governments and global company boards on identifying and managing risks, with a particular focus on cyber & digital risk. He is a Founding Partner of CSCV, a venture capital fund focused on cybersecurity and emerging technology. He holds several non-executive & advisory roles including Chair of the Cyber Security Risk Committee for NHS England and Non-Executive Director at Nihon Cyber Defence. He is an Oxford Martin Fellow and holds a PhD & First-Class BSc in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.
Sang Woo (Edgar) Park
General Partner and Co-Founder
Sang Woo (Edgar) Park is General Partner and Co-Founder of Euro Dragon and is based in Seoul and Los Angeles. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Park acted as adviser to numerous defense technology, life sciences, and software companies in Asia, with a focus on cross-border commercialization and government engagement. Mr. Park holds a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School. He has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1998.
